Health and Nursing *in (m/w/d) Psychiatry – Focus on Personality Disorder

Station 8b is an open psychiatric station with 19 beds and provides diverse therapeutic offers for patients with depression, anxiety and forced disorders, personality disorders, psychosis and bipolar disorders – with and without assistance requirements. We are a different hospital: for people with disabilities, epilepsy, for old people with and without dementia and for children and adults with mental illnesses. With lighthouse projects and special orders. Without emergency or sector. We think care of people. For this, we need strong teams that can be routine and want innovation. Are you there?

Overview of tasks

• Treatment and care of mentally ill people
• Implementation of group therapeutic offers
• Psychiatric patient observation and conduct crisis talks
• Support of patients with external offers
• Communication at different levels with patients, relatives and legal supervisors
• Participation in service and case meetings and supervisions in the interdisciplinary team

We are looking

• A completed training for health care and nursing staff, nursing staff or a university degree in the dual bachelor's programme Care
• Interest in project work and the treatment concept of inclusive psychiatry
• A high level of sensitivity, empathy and team and conflictability
• The willingness to work in the 3-layer system
• Professional relationship of proximity and distance
