Tasks:

Own complete supply and project processing along the entire process value chain Own-responsible and independent technical design, planning and handling of complex individual projects in the BHKW plant construction from order intake to including commissioning and acceptance of the plants by the customer and documentation support Creation of schedules, technical schemas and other planning documents including on-site technical clarification discussions or with customers Control and adapt existing documents (including interpretations, specifications, R&I schemes) Design of complex circuits (e.g. cooling, oil, steam circuits) and equipment equipment equipment as well as large components (gas, ventilation system) Taking up the operational energy balance of existing plants and developing proactive proposals for measures to improve them Proactive engagement and execution of cost optimization projects and further development of our solutions, in the sense of value and increase of customer value Conducting technical, cross-sectoral discussions Installation and equipment arrangement of our proposals for new construction and reconstruction projects Support of the building ladder or commissioning technicians during assembly, commissioning Preparation of acceptances and documentation for a ‘authorised monitoring centre’ Responsible for revision-controlled archiving of all technical documents created in this area Strong own initiative and close cooperation with neighbouring areas i.d. project processing (e.g. civil engineering, project management and purchasing) Responsible for the compliance of appointments, according to project time and purchasing plan Responsible implementation of process optimization and Lessons-Learned initiatives to ensure effective and qualitative results

Qualifications, requirements and experience:

Dipl-Ing. TU/FH / Master's degree/ PHD Mechanical Engineering/Process Technology or comparable Long-term professional experience as a project engineer in energy plant engineering or similar field, including several years of experience in working complex technical tasks Very good horizontal leadership competence of internal project teams as well as interdisciplinary thinking and acting Model function in the team related to Customer orientation, willingness to use and entrepreneurial thinking/ acting as well as helpfulness Strong self-employment and problem-solving competence in the complex project environment Very good enforcement strength Great resilience and flexibility Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing Travel readiness (Inland and International) for approx. 20% of working hours to customer meetings, workshops, suppliers, etc. Homeoffice proportionally possible (up to 40%)
