Become part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US The team “start-up qualification and further education projects” supports national and international factory and product new approaches and is responsible for cross-site further education projects. We are currently using our in-house product “ProductionLernSystem (PLS)” as a digital tool to support the qualification process on the Shopfloor. The core of the PLS is a step-by-step guide enriched by media. During your student work, you support our project team in introducing a new digital qualification tool. You will take various tasks in an inter-work environment. THE WORK Working with the planning, coordination and implementation of an international IT project Working in an agile project team according to the Scrum method in close cooperation with external implementation partners: Support in the design, testing and implementation of a digital qualification tool Active participation in the implementation of the pilot phase and in the national/international roll-out of the system Support for targeted communication with system users:includes the preparation of information and status reports for management Creation of learning and qualification content (e.g. training documents, e-learnings, guidance) to support the rollout WE BEEDS An exciting and varied activity in a dynamic environment The opportunity to participate independently in projects and introduce your ideas An attractive remuneration and flexible working hours Insights into the working world of a leading company in the commercial vehicle industry Participation and participation in exciting exchange and network formats of the multi-site student @ Daimler Truck Network

THE BRINGS Registered:r Student:in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Communication Sciences or a comparable degree course Joy in working in the team, openness for new perspectives and intercultural cooperation Great interest in digital tools, IT systems and project work Ability to quickly capture complex relationships and to prepare them structuredly Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-employed, proactive working and willingness to take responsibility for partial tasks Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), ideally first experiences with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence First knowledge of agile project management methods are advantageous Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
