Responsibility for building and implementing outsourcing management within the corporate governance strategy for the Managed Services unit Contract Management & Supplier Control: Selection, negotiation, control and evaluation of external service providers Ensuring compliance (e.g. BAIT, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001) Responsibility for the service provider party in audits and audit preparation KPI-based monitoring, continuous optimization and close cooperation with the Supplier Management Group Interface to IT, Supplier Management, Security, Legal & Areas

Complete studies in business informatics, business management, IT management, information security or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in outsourcing management, supplier management, IT governance or a related area Experience in managing external service providers and in contract and risk management Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as BAIT, NIS2, DORA and relevant standards such as ISO 27001 Safe handling of KPIs, reporting structures and monitoring systems Knowledge of audit procedures and experience in audit preparation Structured, independent and proactive operation Safe occurrence and strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Ability to make complex facts understandable and prepare decisions Team orientation and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
