In this position, you support the Head of Digital Signage in all technical questions and challenges and actively contribute to the development of the Digital Signage area within the thyssenkrupp Plastics You take on technical support for individual customer requirements via all communication channels You inform the sales teams at our Germany-wide locations about innovations They are responsible for the installation/destruction of an assembly network (especially in the outdoor area) You take over the documentation of problem solutions and create technical instructions for internal references For customer complaints, you are first:r Contact:in Together with the sales team in the field of visual communication, you are responsible for the product systems in SAP
