We are looking for a residential area management (m/w/d) for the house in helmet wood in Winnenden in full time/part time (from 31 hours/week).

What you do • You set up the service plan for your living area. • You are responsible for the organization and documentation of care in your living area. • You make sure that our quality standards are complied with. • You guide and support your employees. • You are a contact person for the people we care and their relatives.

What we imagine • Complete training in nursing and nursing • WBL further education and leadership experience are advantageous, but not necessarily necessary • Responsibility, professionalism and solution-oriented action • Communication skills, team spirit and empathy
