Support and education of children and adolescents with special educational needs (focussing on hearing, language, mental development) Course planning and implementation taking into account the individual access possibilities Comprehensive use of methods of supported communication Individual learning and development guidance together with parents and boarding school Continuous documentation of learning progress Integration of therapeutic and nursing aspects into everyday school life Ensuring activity and participation

Preferential studies of special pedagogy (special education for hearing/language impaired pedagogy or mentally handicapped pedagogy) Experience with children and adolescents with disabilities Flexibility, openness and commitment affirmation of the Christian-diaconical order and co-design of our diaconic work
