Your duties

• Become part of the management team and run a residential area of the house.
• Conceptual and qualitative development of the care area with your own ideas.
• Active and responsible cooperation on projects such as nursing degree management and the implementation of the personnel survey law.
• More time for the residents through simplified maintenance documentation via voice input on the smartphone.

Your profile

• Senior Caregiverin or health and (children) nursein or Career and completion of a successfully completed qualification to/from the head of the residential areain or head of carein
• Ideally, further education on/to the practical manager*in and experience as leadership
