Administration and supervision of information technology as well as network infrastructure of the fire department and the Offenbach control station Working with projects for the planning, selection and integration of new technologies, specialist applications, hardware and software and special solutions Configuration, monitoring and maintenance of network technology Error analysis and elimination of software systems and definition of preventive measures to reduce errors Development of interface solutions between software systems and the management of rights and access of the systems to be supervised Participation in basic IT protection and IT security

Completed university studies (FH Diploma/Bachelor) in the fields of IT, computer science, business/administrative informatics and a comparable, relevant field of study or completed information technology training (e.g. as a specialist informaticsin, IT system electronicsin) or a comparable completed, relevant training in connection with detectable multiannual, relevant professional experience Knowledge and first experience in network administration as well as in container solutions and virtualization of servers Basic knowledge of creating and editing scripts and system monitoring are desirable Innovation readiness and a high degree of autonomy and self-initiative Structured and process-oriented operation Analytical and solution-oriented thinking Embossed collaborative capacity in conjunction with a service- and service-oriented operation towards internal users Secure knowledge of German language in word and font (min. level C1 CEFR) In addition, an affinity for the areas of fire brigade, rescue and civil protection is desirable. Ownership of the EU licence (at least class B)
