You develop and optimize the end-to-end complaint management process and ensure its topicality You tax complaint processing and derive improvements from systematic analyses You create meaningful reporting for management You secure audit-proof and supervisory complaint management You support the compliance function (including MaRisk), perform control actions and accompany regulatory projects You identify regulatory requirements, evaluate compliance risks and advise and train employees

You have a degree in economic, legal or financial sciences or a comparable degree of study You bring multi-year professional experience in the banking environment, ideally in the areas of compliance (especially MaRisk) or risk management, and have gained first experience in complaint management You have a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, in particular in the compliance environment You work analytical, structured and precise, and you draw through a careful procedure You work independently and convince by communication strength and team orientation You are sure to go with MS Office and have very good German skills and good English skills
