Project Manager / Professional Service Consultant (gn)

As a speaker (gn) and project manager (gn), you are responsible for the design, implementation and improvement of system-supported and practice-oriented sales solutions around the exciting and multi-layered topic of professional service at HORNBACH. One of your main topics is to help shape the development and introduction of a CRM system at HORNBACH. Your new position is focussed on conceptually and shaped by interdisciplinary project work - in close coordination with our markets and various central departments. In addition to the conceptual project work, you are a central partner for professional teams and market management in our markets.

You bring a completed study, ideally with orientation BWL, trade or business informatics. Multiannual professional experience in trade and a well-founded relationship with the customer group of commercial customers, we presume for this position. You could also have practical experience in working with a CRM system and possibly Collect experience in the introduction of a CRM system. To do this, you have acquired a high affinity and proven competences in conceptual, sales-oriented work with the integration of IT system solutions. You have already demonstrated your communicative and social skills in dealing with various contacts and hierarchical levels.
