Marketing Manager - Brand & Campaign (m/f/d)

The overarching goal of the site is to position the biomarket as the bioshop by designing and implementing customer-centric measures and campaigns for existing customers as well as potential target groups as the bioshop, and to increase our brand awareness. You design and coordinate our cross-channel actions of image and offer communication, projects and campaigns You are also responsible for the planning, development, control and measurement of success and also for the briefings, assignments and the control of external agencies and service providers. You work actively and creatively on our campaign and theme planning and always think of the end customer and make sure that our customers are always at the centre. You are responsible for the design and implementation of brand-forming Owned, Earned and Paid Media strategies and you bring your deep audience and media understanding to the team You lead and drive projects forward and master cross-interface coordination with other disciplines (e.g. purchasing and sales) You provide a smooth and timely project management and provide appropriate data, presentations and decision bases

You ideally have a completed degree in marketing, business or a comparable degree in communication You bring multi-year professional experience in campaign/brand management, ideally in trade and/or agency environment and have a high brand and target audience understanding. You have fun at a fast pace of work and change, a solution-oriented hands-on mentality, trade entrepreneurial and keep an overview even in complex situations. The MS Office package as well as the current project management tools are familiar to you You are characterized by an analytical and dedicated way of working combined with creative ideas and high performance. High levels of self-initiative as well as fun and interest in cross-disciplinary challenges as well as the topic “Trade with ecological foods” complete your profile.
