Your tasks:

Management and organisation of the entire workshop team, as well as the control of the workshop utilization and monitoring of the key figures. Ensuring a high-quality execution of all works, but also ensuring the smooth organization of internal processes in the workshop area, with respect to business requirements and high customer satisfaction. Multiannual professional experience as a workshop manager (m/w/d). BMW experience would be great, but is not a must. Complete training on the motor vehicle master. Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced social competencies. Independent and independent work. Class B licence.
