You contact potential business partners:inside on the phone and agree appointments You take care of the recruiting, start job alerts and run first interviews with applicants You plan and coordinate meetings and events, take over the proactive project coordination and monitor deadlines You organize the office, carry out research and evaluations, select offers and orders, order newsletters and promotional materials and carry out all tasks

You have a commercial training, such as Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) or Kaufmann für Groß- und Ausländermanagement (m/w/d) You have ideally been able to gain experience in Recruiting You can earn at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience You work proactively and to full of deeds You are ready to participate in events or special occasions, even outside regular working hours You use MS Office, Pipedrive, WordPress Backup and AI tools You rule German on C1 level
