Expectedly in April 2026, one of our most important construction projects will start with a total volume of over € 35 million. For the successful implementation we are looking for you as an experienced and committed (Senior) expert Major Sites (m/w/d). Your tasks:

You take over the overall management of a complex construction project (approx. € 39 million) You accompany the tender procedures for selecting a general contractor You tax and monitor the general contractor in terms of time, cost and quality You are taxing all phases of the project - from tendering and awarding through construction to acceptance You conduct and coordinate the internal project team as well as external planners:inside and specialist companies You work closely with authorities, funding agencies and other stakeholders You ensure compliance with the requirements in state-funded construction. You secure budget management and manage the running cost controlling You run risk and chance management and reportest regularly to the area management

Your skills:

Complete university studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the management of construction projects from 20 million € desirable - ideal in stock Experience in the leadership of teams with more than four employees Extensive experience in managing and monitoring general contractors Very good knowledge in HOAI, VOB and in procurement and contract management Safe handling of follow-up management/claim management as well as cost and timing control (incl. forecasting) Experience in the field of state-funded building projects as well as in the handling of funding/application requirements Impressed communication and negotiation strength as well as stakeholder management (authorities, funding agencies, public) High structure and result orientation, loadable in critical project phases and safe in escalation management Safe handling of common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira/Confluence or comparable) Flowing German as well as good English skills in word and writing
