Your duties

• They care, care and accompany children with mental illnesses.
• They work within a multi-professional team and are responsible for implementing the individually planned therapy.
• They provide help in crisis and conflict situations.
• They plan, coordinate and document nursing and educational measures.
• They safeguard the rights of children under the UN Convention on Children's Rights and live the principles of child protection
• They perform general station-related administrative tasks.
• They ensure a high quality of care and care, optimize workflows and develop them further.

Your profile

• You can demonstrate a successfully completed vocational training for the educator (m/w/d).
• They are desirable to bring first experiences in dealing with mentally impaired children and young people.
• They appreciate cooperation in an interdisciplinary team.
• They bring the willingness to work in the 3-layer system.
• They are personally characterized by their willingness to take responsibility as well as by their appreciation and empathic attitude in dealing with your fellow human beings.
