Software Developer C++ / Qt (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team in SmarAct Metrology we are looking for a Software developer C++ / Qt (m/w/d) on site in Oldenburg (up to 40% remote possible).

Your tasks:

• New development and maintenance of application software for our high precision measurement technology with C++ and Qt
• Conception and further development of our existing software architectures and frameworks in close coordination with the team
• Optimization of user management of existing application software
• Creation and maintenance of software documentation and specification for internal purposes and for customers
• Intensive incorporation into our existing products
• Interdisciplinary cooperation within our research and development and cooperation on future-oriented development projects
• Cooperation with international customers and project partners

  Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualifications
• Good knowledge of C++ for plugin development (device control, algorithms) and UI design (Qt widgets, QML)
• Good knowledge of Python
• Embossed team and communication skills
• Problem solving skills and a thorough, systematic way of working
• Preferably experienced in dealing with Visual Studio
• Interest in the subject areas, such as robotics, automation, control technology
