Junior Video Content Creator - Technik / Social Media (m/f/d)

In doing so, a total of 350 employees in logistics, central, research & development are doing great and ensure a smooth running. You design, plan and produce video content with clear storytelling for website, marketing campaigns and social media (LinkedIn & YouTube) - from technical explanation videos and product videos to short social media formats You develop animations and visualizations to illustrate complex technical content in a comprehensible way for digital channels and presentations You perform video recordings at workshops, fairs and site marketing, including possible drone recordings You work closely with marketing, product management and technical expert:into prepare content professionally correct and visually convincing You build KPIs and monitor them to evaluate the performance of video and social media content You run optimization measures to increase range and engagement and use modern video, content and AI tools while watching current trends in video and social media

You have completed a degree in multimedia media communication, media production or comparable training - alternatively you have a different qualification with a strong practical relevance in the field of video/content You have first experiences in video production and content creation, for example through internships You are safe to use video and animation software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve You are interested in making technical content understandable and visually appealing and first experiences in social media marketing, ideally on LinkedIn You have a basic understanding of content performance, KPIs or analytic tools – or the willingness to work on this You are open to the use of modern AI tools in the content creation and have a drone driver license (A1/A3 or A2) or are interested in acquiring them You have very good German knowledge (C2) and English knowledge (C1)
