We are looking for a speaker (m/w/d) Personal Principle in parttime (from 24 hours/week) for our headquarters in Stuttgart.

What you do • You are working on basic human resources issues, including volunteer services, jumper pools, maternity protection and other topics. • You develop the EHS concept for search prevention and develop information and training materials. • You are the central contact person for search questions and advises managers and trustees in our facilities. • You advise our institutions on other labour and collective bargaining issues.

What we imagine • completed social or economic studies or a comparable qualification • well-founded professional experience in human resources and knowledge of the relevant legal bases • Knowledge and ideal training in addiction prevention and addiction assistance • Ability to capture and process complex relationships • strong sense of responsibility • independent and structured operation • Communication strength and team skills
