You play a central role in the further development of our system landscape: Our existing ERP is replaced by a modern, cloud-based solution (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).

As the lead of this transformation, you control the project end-to-end and report directly to the management. You bring together specialist areas and external implementation partners, make key decisions and ensure that the project is successfully implemented. This is what awaits you:

Responsibility for the introduction of a new ERP system in the company Coordination and prioritization of requirements together with the departments Control of the external implementation partner with regard to quality, time and budget Leadership of the project as a company-wide transformation including Change management Accompanying Go-live, Rollout and Stabilization

Experience in managing ERP or transformation projects At least an ERP introduction to go-live accompanied on business page Good understanding of business processes (e.g. finance, operations, supply chain) Experience in controlling external implementation partners Enforced personality with structured working Safe in dealing with internal stakeholders and external partners at eye level German and English
