Installation, operation, inspection and maintenance of sanitary facilities and their components (e.g. water and waste water installations) Operation and control of technical equipment performing regular, cross-trade inspection and maintenance work on technical installations Ensuring the perfect overall state of the properties to be maintained Monitoring and ensuring an economic and energetic operation of sanitary facilities Installation of sanitary facilities (e.g. water taps) as required Repair and troubleshooting in the field of sanitary technology (possibly with the involvement of foreign companies) Analysis and troubleshooting, including 1st level support Technical implementation of repairs and repairs to technical installations Care and coordination of foreign companies in repair work and guaranteeing quality standards Testing of sanitary facilities in accordance with the relevant test regulations Documentation of services carried out Participation in readiness with regulated times and fair remuneration

Complete training as a plumbing specialist, plant mechanic SHK or a comparable qualification Professional experience in sanitary technology and installation Embossed service orientation, team skills and a high level of personal commitment Reliable and responsible way of working and hand-on mentality Secure handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Class B driving licence
