You are the first contact person for interested parties to contact via website, telephone or email and accompany them from the request to the registration. You advise competently, empathically and solution-oriented to suitable training offers – by telephone, digitally and personally at the Campus Augsburg. You actively shape the further development of our consulting processes and introduce ideas on how to achieve and support our customers even better. You work closely with the marketing team on joint sales, marketing automation and the further development of our new CRM system. You are an interface to product management and provide valuable impulses from the consulting practice for the further development of our portfolio. You represent the IHK Academy Swabians sovereign and sympathetic at info evenings, fairs and network events.

Completed commercial training or completed studies, e.g. in the field of economics, psychology, pedagogy or comparable Joy in contact with people: You go openly to interested parties, listen and advise on eye level. Communication strength: You can communicate content in a comprehensible and cordial manner, whether in a personal conversation, by telephone or in writing. Advice with final orientation: You motivate interested parties to take the next step without affecting them. Structured procedure: You also keep an overview of many requests and document your conversations conscientiously in the CRM system. Openness for new things: you want to try new processes, tools and ideas and actively shape them.
