New Business Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven New Business Manager (m/f/d) to join our Automotive Refinish team in Switzerland. This is a remote-based role in Switzerland, ideally located near the Ecublens region, with regular travel across the assigned territory.

Reporting directly to the Automotive Refinish Director, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting the continued growth of our innovative product portfolio.

As a trusted partner to our customers, you will:

Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and winning new customers within your territory Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through visits and proactive account management Manage your territory independently, planning customer visits and sales activities to maximize opportunities Take ownership of sales and deliver sustainable business growth Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Maintain and manage a robust sales, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion of opportunities Prepare and present business plans, budgets, and project updates to internal stakeholders Provide customers with technical guidance and product expertise on-site Coordinate technical activities support and cooperate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Introduce innovative products and solutions that help customers grow their business

You bring a combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a passion for customer success:

Background as an Industrial Painter, Automotive Painter, Body Repair Technician, or a comparable technical qualification Proven sales experience within industrial coatings, automotive refinish, or commercial vehicles Strong technical understanding of coating products, paint systems, and automotive industry applications Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence decisions, and create long-term customer partnerships Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve ambitious goals Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role fluent in French; English and German language skills are an advantage
