SHK Journeyman as Project Manager Assembly Teams Heat Pumps (m/f/d)

Your mission In order for the heat transfer to work in the area, many assembly teams need to work together smoothly – and that is exactly what you control. As a project manager, you have the utilisation, the appointments and the quality of your teams in mind and make sure that each project is completed on time and clean. You are the interface between planning and practice and the head that ensures that everything is running at the end. Your tasks Control capacity: You plan and control the utilisation of 5 to 10 assembly teams and ensure efficient deployment. Responsibilities: You are responsible for the punctual and qualitatively clean completion of the projects in your area. Teams lead and accompany: You are a contact person for your teams, keep them operational and solve bottlenecks before You become a problem. Be present on site: You occasionally visit your teams directly on the site to keep close and understand the implementation (approximately 1 week a month on the way). Responsibility from day one: You independently tax your area and have real design space Sensual task: You make sure that climate-friendly heat is predictable and reliable in the area

Complete training in the SHK area (Sanitary, Heating, Climate) – absolutely necessary to assess the work of your teams professionally Organizational talent and a good sense of planning, priorities and utilisation Leadership and ability to coordinate teams from distance Clear, binding communication and solution-oriented work readiness to about one week per month Driver's license class B

Position: Full time · hybrid possible (remote share by arrangement) · ca. 1 Week per month Remuneration: 4,000 – 5,000 € gross/month
