Project control from beginning to end: You take over the calculation, create offers, accompany the award and run the project until the successful conclusion. Keeping in mind costs, dates and quality: you plan and monitor budgets, set up cost tracking, create regular reports and control supplements, changes and additional services. Coordinate teams and design: You plan the use of resources, coordinate internal employees, building and object managers as well as after-contractors and ensure smooth construction. ensure safety and technical standards: You are responsible for HSE and occupational safety, assess hazards and ensure compliance with permits, regulations, standards and technical standards.
