Application Supervisor SAP MM / SD – Focus on Condition Management (m/f/d)

As part of our team, you take a key role and actively shape it: You train and advise our departments and stakeholders from purchasing, sales and marketing competently on SAP processes and conditions. You actively participate in exciting projects, for example in continuous process optimization, interface development and automation. You take the customization in SAP, especially for terms, pricing and costing. You monitor processes, jobs and interfaces, analyze errors and proactively correct them; This includes the independent processing of support requests in the 2nd level support for SAP conditions (purchasing & selling). If necessary, you will pass on identified problems to 3rd level support or development. You carry out important tests (sprint, regression tests) and document your results carefully. You create and care for user documentation that will help our key users work everyday.

You have successfully completed your studies or training with IT cover or have an equivalent qualification. You have good knowledge in the field of SAP conditions (purchasing & selling), pricing and calculation and already have experience in SAP 2nd level support (especially in the modules SAP MM / SAP SD and the conditioning technology). You can handle customizing in SAP safely and have practical experience in monitoring, job control and error analysis. Ideally, you could already acquire knowledge of working with SAP interfaces (SAP IDoc), SAP Query Designer and SAP Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW). Helpful and desirable are a fundamental understanding of the SAP architecture and adjacent modules, experience with S/4HANA and basic knowledge in ABAP debugging. And of course, experience in the retail context is also very welcome. You are characterized by self-sponsored, solution-oriented as well as structured working methods, are communication-strong and secure in dealing with different stakeholders. You have fluent German language skills in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
