We are looking for the waste industry Stuttgart (AWS) of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay.

The AWS employs around 1,000 employees in the headquarters on Stöckach and at various locations throughout the city. Our tasks include collecting and conveying waste, road cleaning, winter service and central urban fleet management with its own workshop. We also operate a mineral landfill and several valuables. The location is assigned to the property management of the farm and plant planning staff.

A job that enthuses you

• Your tasks include the assignment of major repairs on property management and the independent implementation of smaller repair and repair work
• They monitor and maintain the operational readiness of domestic installations, operate the building control technology to control ventilation, heating, air conditioning and fire protection technology, collect test and maintenance requirements, monitor compliance with test periods of systems subject to monitoring and carry out ongoing object visits to ensure road safety through

Your profile that suits us

• A completed three-year professional or commercial technical vocational training, preferably in the field of heating, ventilation, or electrical engineering (in the case of foreign qualifications, the submission of a state recognition in Germany is required)
• Persons can also apply after an exercise of at least three years of activity as a master at the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart or at least. a six-year comparable activity, on the basis of equivalent skills and experience that can carry out corresponding activities (for foreign accounts, the submission of a state recognition in Germany is necessary)
• Professional experience as a homemaster in public administration is beneficial
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship

• Good oral and written expressiveness in German
