In order to further develop our operational IT security team, we are looking for an IT security engineer, who advances operational security projects with his expertise, responds to current threats and vulnerabilities and derives appropriate measures. In your role, you will advise various teams in IT security issues and ensure the security of the IT infrastructure. In the Daily Business you observe the threat situation in our SIEM to respond quickly to potential security threats. For this purpose, you evaluate relevant reports and initiate appropriate countermeasures according to urgency. Regularly check security-relevant configurations and measures and align them with the IT security strategy. You see: an interesting key position in which you as a technical contact in the team as well as as as a coordinator of external partners (SOC, Pentest and Red Teaming engagements) Topics: SIEM, SOC, SIR, XDR, SOAR, Threat-Hunting, Vulnerability Management

Completed IT degree or a specialist training with at least 3 years of professional practice in IT security, with appropriate certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, OSCP or GSOC, CEH) Experience in the management of complex projects, ideally also in authorization management, in application operation, in DER/AV and the curing of AD environments Knowledge of network infrastructures and Windows system landscapes Know-how in network security, network segmentation, fine-granular firewall controls and security zone separation interest in trends such as Cloud, DevSecOps and Zero Trust; as good as possible English A communicative team player that effectively exchanges with different stakeholders and communicates complex security concepts
