For our Faber-Castell Aktiengesellschaft in Stein near Nuremberg we now have a specialist in facility management (all gender).

Task contents

• Development and implementation of detailed plans for optimising building supply, in particular energy supply (planning, control, monitoring)
• Coordination and management of various tasks related to energy management ISO 50001
• Planning, implementation and monitoring of building maintenance measures
• Coordination of external service providers and suppliers
• Planning and control of infrastructural services (accommodation and special cleaning, winter service, green and grey care)
• Identification and implementation of optimization potentials and efficiency enhancements
• Development of funding ideas and submission of funding applications in the field of energy

Requirements profile

• Multiannual professional experience in the care of technical equipment and the building infrastructure (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, compressed air)
• Project management experience in the planning, implementation and control of construction projects and maintenance measures including budgeting and cost monitoring
• Experience in energy management and knowledge in the field of infrastructural services
• Negotiating skills when ordering external service providers
• Communication and team skills regarding cooperation with various departments and stakeholders
• Ability to analytical thinking as well as independent and independent action
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Organizational institution
