Senior Specialist with a focus on Environment and Emergency Response (m/f/d)

Support of the company managers with regard to legal requirements Proposals for necessary measures in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to limit the impact of incidents to the extent necessary Participation in the assessment of technical changes in aspects of TAL Germany In case of disturbances, participation (as part of the investigation team) in incident investigations with the aim of establishing the reasons, definition of corrective measures and then follow-up of the procedure Participation to improve the regular safety checks and notification to operational managers Verification of procedures and systems as part of internal and external audits for compliance with laws, regulations and permits, measures together with the line manager and the head of the tank store, verification whether all agreed measures are properly implemented/implemented Support of the PFC water treatment plant Lenting (monitoring of maintenance, sampling, ensuring effectiveness, technical improvements and extensions) Proactive promotion of the development of environmentally relevant processes as part of the German TAL management system, in cooperation with the line managers and all participating internal and external stakeholders Support in improving and maintaining an always up-to-date security management system including Implementation of new processes or review of existing documents Definition of technical data on training and environmental skills Monitoring of the water management procedure including the samples to ensure compliance with the rules (possibly with external consultants/third parties) Technical support and advice for oil accident workers in Germany Support of the operational managers with public stakeholders (e.g. alarm plans and exercises) Planning, including support in the preparation of regular exercises based on the alarm and danger prevention plan Support in the preparation and implementation of rural exercises according to the oil alarm and deployment plan for TAL Germany Creation, further development and implementation of emergency practice concepts for the two alarm plans and their examination/evaluation including the definition of measures and follow-up Acquisition of SEVESO tasks (tank camp Lenting), with the operating manager of the Lenting tank camp and all important local positions in the field of technical assets. The task involves the implementation, management and continuous improvement of relevant processes and the management of the audits of the authorities and regular reviews in accordance with the law and the related internal reporting path Procurement tasks by means of TAL goods management system (supply collection, order requirements, orders) Administration of TAL wide closing systems and key management Administration of readiness documentation and readiness plans Administration Fact24 Participation in readiness B1

Graduate degree in engineering at a university or a university of applied sciences (preferably in the field of environmental, safety or procedures) At least 3 years of experience in environmental and/or risk management in the oil and gas industry (or a complex industry environment) with specialist training, as an alternative training at the University of Applied Sciences with at least 6 years of experience in environmental and risk management in a technically demanding environment Good English in Word and Writing (at least B2 level) Good knowledge of MS Office (SAP basic knowledge is advantageous) Good attitude to stay and work in complex companies and cooperation with stakeholders Solid technical knowledge to understand the specific dangers of oil-leading systems Class B driving licence (necessary for business trips along the entire TAL pipeline)
