You are working on international tenders and getting advice for our renowned customers in the raw coffee industry – with a sense of market trends and customer needs. You coordinate customer appointments and make sure that we always stay at the heart of time through targeted market feedback. You are responsible for the precise input and maintenance of rate agreements in our internal system. You control and accompany cross-trade and import shipping – from the billing of sea freight to the release of containers and the coordination of empty returns. You are the first contact for our customers when it comes to questions or tricky challenges. You clarify internal concerns in exchange with other departments and international MSC agencies. You carefully examine complaints and bring clarity into complex facts.
You have completed training, ideally in the shipping or logistics industry. You have good communication skills and a customer-oriented way of thinking.
