Your tasks

• Operating and monitoring of production machines in areas such as furnace, line, packaging, silo, pendulum and binder.
• Ensure production quality and efficiency as well as maintenance and cleaning.
• Documentation of production data and notification of deviations.
• Implementation of process controls and support in product tests.
• identify faults and work with colleagues and shift leaders to optimize processes.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and quality.

Your profile

• Experience in operating production machines of advantage.
• Technical understanding, logical thinking and problem solving.
• Teamability, flexibility and willingness to work in 4-shift operation, incl. Weekend and holiday work.
• Good knowledge of German in Word and Writing (min. B2)
• Continuous training and further development
