In your training day:

House call: Responsibility that counts!

Processing of emergency alarms: You are the first respondent when you need help and learn how to take the right steps quickly and safely.

Consultation talks on the home emergency call: you develop the know-how to professionally support interested parties in selecting the optimal home emergency call system.

Care of the relationship with our home emergency call participants: When performing the weekly social conversations, you will learn how important your personal contact is for the well-being of our homeless users.

Service Center: Communication that connects!

Consultation and support of customers by phone and e-mail: You are in contact by phone and e-mail, answer questions and ensure that our customers are well looked after.

Disposition of customer requests: You will learn to forward enquiries to the right departments or contact persons in order to ensure an optimal solution.

Use of information and communication systems: You work with our information and communication systems to respond flexibly and customer-oriented to concerns.
