Complete study of business management or commercial training (industry, wholesale and foreign trade) with experience in customer support/distribution Experience in leadership and development of employees Sales experience High customer and service orientation Technical understanding Enforcement strength, independent and targeted mode of operation, willingness to deploy, self-initiative and conflictability General orientation and strategic thinking Joy in new challenges and in daily collaboration with customers, suppliers and sales Quick understanding and analytical, structured and precise thinking and action German and English knowledge in word and writing
