Heading, optimisation and further development of the EMC laboratory and the relevant partners Planning, coordination and monitoring of EMC tests to ensure compliance with national and international standards (e.g. CISPR, ISO, IEC) and specific customer requirements of the automotive industry (OEM) Budget planning and investment management for the laboratory including new measurement and testing technology Promoting the professional and personal development of the team Partner (m/w/d) für Internal und External Stakeholders, Insti­tutions such as Approval and Development Partners Analysis and solution of technological challenges in EMC testing in cooperation with development and quality standards

Study of electrical engineering, secondary engineering, physics or a comparable subject Multiannual experience in the field of EMC testing and certification, ideal in the automotive industry Multiannual development in a management position, preferably in the laboratory environment Com­munication and leadership and mobility Very good German and English languages in word and writing
