Your duties

• You ask for a targeted conception of presence-& hybrid events
• You are also responsible for the on-site preparation and refurbishment of events from operator and organizer's view
• You keep the threads together between all involved interfaces (internal and external) and you are responsible for the project progress and control the operational project management
• You enter our speakers (m/w/d) and participants during the event
• You think outside-of-the-box and create new and target group-oriented event formats
• You are constantly developing our range of services

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed course in event management or a comparable training with the Schwerpunk event and event management
• You have been able to gain at least 2 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work and ideally have well-founded knowledge and extensive experience in processes and processes
• You have a wealth of ideas, a hand-on mentality and a high level of service and customer orientation
• You draw your attention through your structured, reliable and responsible work
• You have a safe appearance, team and communication skills and flexibility
• You are safe in handling MS Office applications and have very good German and good English skills
