Working Student (all genders) at the HR Business Partnering at BNP Paribas Group HRIn Frankfurt, we are looking for you as a working student (all genders) at BNP Paribas Group HR Group Human Resources - Who we are: Group Human Resources Germany & Austria is working closely with the units and business lines in Germany and Austria and is responsible for the strategic development of personnel topics. We design and manage the human resources strategy, starting with the acquisition of talent, through the entire employee life cycle to the development of a future-oriented corporate culture.

Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Collaboration: You support HR Business Partners: in their activities along the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to leaving employees Responsibility: You take on independently defined topics and projects in the team Analysis: You are analysing HR data and preparing them to address them, e.g. in the form of presentations Support: You support the cooperation with the works council bodies as well as HR COEs, e.g. in the preparation and follow-up of meetings Knowledge: You build and care our internal HR BP knowledge database Admin: You take the monthly billing independently and support administrative activities

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Immaculate in a university degree, preferably economic or social sciences (First) theoretical know-how or interest in HR or Personal management, in particular on legal issues, data analysis, conception and communication High level of team orientation and joy in supporting the HR Business Partner Team Structured working and ability to prioritize Very good conception and hands-on mentality Experience in handling MS-Office Very good knowledge of German and English (C1 level required)
