You are our:e specialist:in for RPA solutions: The design, implementation and continuous development of RPA solutions, in particular with UiPath, including debugging and testing of the automation processes, are your responsibility. You are responsible for the process recording, analysis and documentation, including the analysis of operational business processes, in particular in the field of service management, the identification of optimization, automation and digitization potentials. You work with various process managers and the local management to improve the RPA solutions in a consistent way and you are the central point of contact: for all RPA topics and process optimization. You are a problem manager:in and solver:in: Automation processes are monitored and solved by you. You are driving the digitalization strategy ahead and are part of the further development of our strategy and the planning of our digitalization goals in coordination with the management of the company.

Completed studies in computer science, industrial engineering or a related subject area, alternatively multi-year professional experience with profound expertise in process and project management Multiannual experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes, especially in service management Found knowledge in the development of RPA solutions, ideally with UiPath Experience in debugging and testing automation processes Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problems Ability to cooperate with different stakeholders and to host cross-disciplinary discussions Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues in a comprehensible way Interest in new technologies and their application in digital transformation
