Project and Process Manager Renewable Energies (m/w/d)*

In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a project and process manager for renewable energies (m/w/d)* at the next time for our Quickborn location near Hamburg.

As a project and process manager in renewable energies (focus Redispatch) (m/w/d)*, you play an active role in optimizing, designing and implementing new and existing processes to “redispatch in the distribution network”. Together with the team, you are responsible for the conceptual cross-departmental construction of the Redispatch processes in the context of battery storage and its operation in the daily business. You answer and coordinate customer communication and conduct customer discussions with relevant market roles in the Redispatch e.g. for the Redispatch billing. You independently or jointly evaluate changes in the legal framework conditions in the group. You control internal and/or external service providers in customer contact management. You support the network operator network operator coordination towards the transmission system operator in the annual audit. You build a network with our service partners, regional colleagues as well as our group companies that helps you with your daily work. You can easily provide information and communicate it to relevant stakeholders within and outside our company. You are open to other energy-economic topics, participate in group work groups and are ready to take on special tasks.

You have a good or very good degree in an economic, technical or scientific study, ideally with an energy or energy background Ideally, you already have experiences in the Redispatch processes and have knowledge of energy-economic contexts You are able to work quickly and deeply into new tasks, especially legal foundations, and have fun at work in tandem between legal, energy and digital topics. With your self-sponsored way of working and analytical thinking, you can quickly find ways to improve existing things. You are an enthusiastic networker and have fun to exchange and work with colleagues across corporate boundaries. Customer orientation and reliability are the focus of your daily work. You are confident in handling the current IT applications (Microsoft Office, SAP) and motivated to learn how to use new software and new system.
