The success in the camp depends on the ability to work organized and efficiently. For the position as a helper camp (m/w/d), there are some basic requirements that will help you get started:

• Good knowledge of German to understand job instructions without problems.
• Physical loadability, as the work is often associated with movement and lifting.
• Teamability and reliability to achieve the common goal.
• Flexibility for changing tasks and working hours.
• First experiences in the storage area are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary.
