You lead and motivate your team with commitment and create an inspiring, positive working environment You make sure that all operating processes in the store run smoothly, efficiently and service-oriented With passion you sell our Marc-Cain collections and advise or attend our regular and new customers at the highest level Pre- and post-processing of the order and active support are also part of your responsibility You always have a look at stocks, coordinate orders and ensure an optimal, brand-friendly product presentation.

You're bringing well-founded experience in selling high-quality women's upperwear as well as first management experience as Store Manager (m/w/d) A strong customer orientation and great joy in dealing with people characterize you With your sovereign, positive appearance and your high self-motivation, you will delight both customers and your team You live and convey the Marc-Cain lifestyle authentically and with conviction We require very good German skills – further language skills are a plus
