For an established and growing company in real estate investment and management, we are looking for a dedicated personality in property management for the Wuppertal site at the earliest possible time.

Own-sponsored support of a residential and commercial real estate portfolio Contact person:in for tenants, owners and external service providers Control and monitoring of maintenance and modernisation measures Completion and management of lease agreements and processing of lease-related issues performing object visits and ensuring smooth operation Support in debt management and budget and cost control

Complete training in real estate (e.g. real estate businessman/wife) or comparable qualification Professional experience in property management Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with different stakeholders Good knowledge of rental law and property management
