General InformationWe are looking for a project employeein (m/w/d) for the inclusive neighborhood meeting at the Diepholz site. It is a social insurance-related employment with an employment share of 50%. The place of use is diepholz , for individual activities a request is required. Projektmitarbeiterin (m/w/d) The Neighbourhood Meeting Diepholz is an overarching measure of quarter management, which consists of several open and easily accessible project offers as part of the encounter and participation for the residents. All populations are addressed regardless of their age, their social origin or any migration and escape experience. Through targeted measures such as joint cooking, cultural events, counselling and social gatherings, exchange is encouraged and understanding is strengthened. The coordinating body is responsible for the planning, implementation and further development of the offers. Your mission • Working with the offers of the Integrative Neighbourhood Meeting including its planning, implementation and content-strategic further development • overall coordination of the offers covered by the Neighbourhood Meeting according to the project concepts and their financial and timetable • Documentation according to legal aspects including contact with the donors • Support and guidance of the volunteer project team • Participating acquisitions, network work and contact management with the users of the offers, including project-related public relations

What we like about you • Complete studies in community work, social work/social pedagogy (focus on adult education), education or a comparable qualification • Experience in cooperation in non-profit projects • Professional practical experience or theoretical knowledge of community or quarter work • Experience in the conceptualisation and implementation of events, offers and measures • Diversity- Heterogeneity- and Discrimination-Sensitivity, taking into account intersectal dimensions and self-reflective thinking and action • Quick conception and an independent, self-responsible and structured way of working • Communication and team skills, flexibility and enforcement • Application of simple language in German desirable or the willingness to develop in this respect • willingness to work on new topics and willingness to learn

The main topics of our founding members have been and are to date the promotion of professional and social participation and equal opportunities in education and personal development .Our association began with a small offer of remedial courses for students from primary school to secondary school.
