In your role as a face of the organization, you represent the Diakonie Kork convincingly towards church, politics, cost-benefits as well as other social actors and position the carrier visibly in the public. A completed theological study will form the basis of your profile, which will supplement you with qualified further education in socially relevant fields of action; an ordination is desirable. Multiannual leadership experience of management in the social economy, especially in complex social, medical or diaconic organizations, distinguishes your professional career.
