Working student (m/w/d) for the completion of reception and meeting services in a public authority

Hello,

we are currently looking for students to perform reception and meeting services in an administrative building in 56077 Koblenz. It is a part-time job with 20 hours a week. The tasks are usually to be performed on two to three days per week. These are simple activities at the desk or simple craft activities.

The following areas of responsibility for reception services:

• reception and forwarding of visitors and customers,
• Guided tour of visitor and absence lists
• Operation of central telephone switching
• Update the electronic phone book.
• If necessary, easy work from the registrature area
• Operation of the barrier system (including video system)

The following tasks for meeting services:

• coverage of catering
• Coffee/tea making
• Accompanying events in the office building
• Clearing service
• Cover/delivery of meeting rooms
