• You stand in regular exchange with the relevant departments and contact persons at the end customer and build sustainable networks.
• Concepts and reports are your own responsibility, check them together with the customer teams and analyze optimization potentials.
• As an interface to problem management, you are actively working to minimize future disruptions and counteract new processes.
• Start forecasts to utilise the environment, introduce measures early and support disaster recovery.
• With enthusiasm, you develop process structures for standardized processes and always take into account customer requirements (BPMN 2.0).

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed studies or training in the technical or economic field as well as 2-3 years of professional experience in IT service management or comparable activity
• Practical experience with ITIL service processes, ideally with ITIL certification, knowledge of ISO 22301 are a plus
• Very good German and good English skills
