Tasks

• You are responsible for the appointment management
• They communicate with patients, dental laboratories and health insurance companies
• They are responsible for the general practice organisation
• You create cure and cost plans
• They carry the billing according to GOZ and Bema (ZE, Kons / Surgery and PA) through

• You have a sympathetic, winning appearance, are motivated and have fun at work
• They are a team player, but they also work independently and like to take responsibility
• As a trained ZFA you can have experience at the reception of a dental practice
• You may have experience in the creation and settlement of cure and cost plans
