Vice President Technology (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the global technology organization including R&D, product management and project management with total approx. 100 FTE Development and implementation of a future-oriented technology and innovation strategy Transformation from component manufacturer to system provider with application-specific solution competence Strategic development of the portfolio Establishing efficient, silo-free collaboration models between sales, R&D, PM and PMO. Control of international development projects taking into account regional market and industry differences Implementation of modern development and innovation methods to ensure high time-to-market speed and customer centering in all development processes Introduction of relevant KPI to control the technology organization

Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable Multiannual top management experience in the industrial environment (preferably electrical installation technology, electronics, connectivity, automation) Professional background in the context of larger, medium-sized and producing companies Detectable successes in the management of a comparable area (e.g. Business Unit, Division or the like) Experience in portfolio and innovation management and the successful market launch of system products (hardware, software, services) Experience in transforming a portfolio and building new business areas Embossed leadership personality with transposition strength and hands-on mentality Very good communication skills at all levels Intercultural competence German and English skills
