Our client is a high-growth industrial company in Lower Saxony and part of a successful international group of companies. A new plant was opened at the state-of-the-art site in 2022 - since then, further highly automated production, assembly and logistics halls have been created. Driverless transport systems are already in use, digitization, automation and process optimization are consistently advanced. In this central management office, you will actively participate in strategic topics relating to smart manufacturing, factory planning and process development. Analysis and Processing of Production and Process Data for Management Working with the development of new fields (e.g. digitalization, factory planning, simulation) Conducting and implementing strategic projects and ensuring knowledge transfer Modelling and evaluation of production processes to optimize value flow Use of process mining to identify and eliminate process weaknesses Development and implementation of digitalization projects

Studies in engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Knowledge of production technology, logistics and lean management Experience with value flow analyses and project work Safe in handling data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL Analytical, structured and independent Strong and team-oriented in the interdisciplinary environment
