You are responsible for our cutting-edge production, assembly of the assemblies, direct, motivate and support your team of 30 employees. You coordinate and organize the use of personnel and the best possible utilization of the machines. You ensure a smooth production process while respecting the quality requirements and delivery deadlines. If necessary, you react calmly and adaptable to changes. You continuously take the production processes under the look, identify measures to increase productivity and quality and implement them. You work closely with management, work preparation and other areas. You pack themselves when it comes to it - guided tour is not only lived from the desk.

You have completed training in the field of CNC cutting or comparable qualification. You bring several years of practical experience in CNC manufacturing and have a strong technical understanding. You know the processes of modern production and know what quality, precision, productivity and timeliness are all about.
